With extensive expertise in global communication, crisis management, media relations, and strategic PR, I excel in formulating departmental strategies, overseeing media interactions, and enhancing brand visibility. My skills encompass meticulous planning of PR initiatives and comprehensive global communication strategies, ensuring precision in message delivery and effective resource utilization. My track record includes adept crisis resolution, establishing robust media connections, and implementing wide-ranging social media tactics. Possessing more than a decade of pertinent experience and a deep understanding of the airline industry, I am dedicated to applying my skills and knowledge in a dynamic environment.

In addition to my responsibilities, I am actively involved in various pro bono projects with Aviation Sans Frontières and professional associations such as PATA France Chapter, which aims to promote tourism and its stakeholders in the Asia-Pacific region among French professionals. For this association, I have successively held the position of Deputy Secretary-General in 2022 and then Secretary-General and Spokesperson since 2024.

Digital Communications Director
at GroupExpression

Member of the GroupExpression Board of Directors, in charge of the Digital Communications, Influence and Celebrity Department in collaboration with Airlines, Destinations and Hospitality Departments and management of the Airlines Department (acting position in. 2023):

• Assembled a highly skilled team of 
specialized consultants and developed the business proposal for a newly established department aimed at fulfilling the increasing need for digital strategies
• Provided support to industry-leading clients in the aviation, luxury hospitality, and tourism sectors to develop an effective and relevant multichannel communication strategy. The goal was to generate visibility among digital communities and the general public, thereby enhancing their brand image among French-speaking target audiences (France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Switzerland, Canada)
• Applied my expertise to a client portfolio, addressing various aspects of digital communications, medias relations, influencers relations, crisis communications, strategy development, and editorial content creation for social media platforms
• Contributed to organic and paid brand awareness growth, event management, and supported PR teams with press releases, interviews, and overall communication strategies
• Collaborated cross-functionally with other departments within the agency to build a clear and optimized internal communication across all platforms
• Coordinating the PR teams during the maternity leave (9 months) of the Director of the Airlines Department (Press Relations)

I am the proud Digital Account Director for the following clients: Qatar Airways, Vietnam Airlines, Cathay Pacific, Atlantic Airways, Villa Belrose, The Lux Collective, Travel Saint Lucia, and Poland Travel.

Founder of the French media outlet specialized in aviation industry, member and French representative of the American platform Boarding Area with 150 million annual visits:

• Built the media outlet from scratch at a time when passenger experience topics were not yet covered in France, gradually growing the audience from 1,500 page views to over 650,000 page views per month in 2023
• Established partnerships with leading global players in the aviation industry, including airlines and aircraft manufacturers, to provide The Travelers Club audience with high-quality, informative, well-researched articles that enhance the brand image of our partners. These articles covered a range of topics such as delivery flights, onboard experiences, and sector updates, totaling over 3,000 articles over a span of 10 years
• Negotiated the partnership with Boarding Area in 2016 to enable The Travelers Club to maximize its audience, improve its search engine optimization, enhance the offerings provided to partners, and achieve operational profitability for the media outlet
